Underage Gambling Notice: Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using pk999 Services. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed. All funds in such Accounts, including deposits and winnings, will be permanently forfeited.
4.1 Verification Triggers. pk999 may require Account verification at any stage, including but not limited to: before the first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or where suspicious account activity is detected.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, General Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC20 network).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at pk999 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by pk999 are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for pk999 bonuses is 30× the bonus amount. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
6.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The pk999 Welcome Bonus package is available to new Players only and limited to one activation per verified Account, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitute bonus abuse.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless a specific promotional offer states a different validity period, all pk999 bonuses and associated free spins expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. pk999 actively monitors for abusive bonus activity, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure, bonus stripping, or collusion. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting pk999 support. Opting out means all active bonuses and pending promotional eligibility are permanently waived — this action cannot be reversed.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pk999 sportsbook are accepted at the discretion of pk999. pk999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: odds errors, system malfunctions, or suspected abuse.
7.2 Odds Errors. In the event that pk999 publishes materially incorrect odds due to a technical error or human mistake, pk999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and re-settle at the correct odds or refund the wager amount to the Player's Account.
7.3 Event Cancellations. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before reaching the point at which a result can be determined under applicable rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets at pk999 may be suspended at any time without notice, including during live events. Bets that were accepted before suspension remain valid unless the event itself is voided under Section 7.3.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. pk999 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets and cumulative winnings within any given period. Where applicable, these limits are disclosed on the relevant betting market pages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 pk999's Right to Suspend. pk999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk999 has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where the Account is under investigation.
10.2 Termination by pk999. pk999 may permanently terminate an Account for any material breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a risk to other Players or to the integrity of the platform.
10.3 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting pk999 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
10.4 Fund Forfeiture. Where an Account is terminated due to proven fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct, all Account balances — including Real Money Balance and bonus funds — may be forfeited at pk999's absolute discretion.

13.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, pk999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Player Responsibility. Players use pk999 at their own risk. pk999 provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the suitability, accuracy, or reliability of any information or content on the platform.
pk999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
